San Diego Downtown Office is growing, and we're looking for an energetic Business Developer (Sales Representative) to help us expand our impact in the community.
⭐ What You'll Do
Drive new business development through in-person sales calls
Engage key decision-makers and identify workforce needs
Use consultative selling to present staffing and hiring solutions
Develop and manage a territory of prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service
Meet weekly sales activity and revenue goals

Confident communicator with strong verbal & written skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Positive, resilient, and energetic—especially when prospecting
Able to lead the sales process and close opportunities
Team-oriented with strong professional presence
⭐ Skills & Experience-3-5 years
Sales prospecting experience
Face to Face Interactions
Must have own reliable transportation
Territory management & closing skills
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma/GED required
B2B sales or staffing industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement
