Job Full Description
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments; stock products in assigned locations

Pick and fulfill orders accurately using pick lists or scanning systems

Pack and prepare shipments to meet quality, accuracy, and delivery requirements

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and reconciliation
-
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
-
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse policies
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Complete basic documentation for receiving, shipping, and inventory activities
-
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Warehouse or distribution experience preferred

Forklift experience or certification a plus

Strong attention to detail and reliability
-
Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs

Basic computer skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
