ACCOUINTING CLERK WITH FAA REPAIR STATION EXPEIENCE NEEDED FOR AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

• Prepare detailed customer quotes for landing gear overhaul, component repair, and related services, including teardown/inspection, repair limits, reassembly, testing, and return-to-service activities.
• Analyze work scopes, CMMs, SBs, ADs, engineering repairs, and customer-specific requirements to ensure accurate pricing.
• Validate costs for outside processing, including heat treat, chrome plating, cadmium plating, shot peening, and specialized NDT.
• Prepare accurate and timeresply invoices upon completion of landing gear or component overhaul.
• Close work orders for Landing Gear and Components
• Ensure invoices align with approved quotes, customer purchase orders, contracts, and post-teardown authorizations.
• Coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Maintain documentation to support traceability, cost justification, and billing transparency.
• Provide accurate financial and job cost records as requested.
• Support Sales and Customer Service in responding to quote clarifications and billing inquiries.
