Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll represent our company with integrity and professionalism while providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

Replace or repair defective components and wiring

Conduct regular maintenance checks and seasonal tune-ups

Ensure work is completed according to company standards and local codes

Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities

Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of HVAC experience (residential or light commercial preferred)

EPA Certification (preferred)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
